Can I return it if I don't like it?
Of course! You have up to 30 working days to return the item, subject to the terms and conditions described in the segment below.
How can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order on our website by simply entering the code.
Can I change or cancel an online order?
If you want to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the date your payment was made to do so. Send a message to our support team and we will deal with your request as soon as possible. After this period, all customizable items enter the preparation phase. As it is a customizable product, it is produced especially for you and cannot be used for another order.
Can I change the personalization on the product?
No, as soon as you place your order the product goes into the production phase, so for process optimization reasons it is not possible to change the personalization. Thank you for your understanding.
What is the delivery time?
- Order processing and manufacturing: up to 5 working days.
- Order dispatch: delivery time is 10-15 working days

Important information:
You have up to 30 working days after receipt to make returns. The reasons why you can request a return are as follows:
- Defective item;
- Delivery of the wrong item.
If the item is personalized, exchange or return is not considered possible.
The order must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, without any signs of use.
Jumpie Collective accepts no responsibility in the event of loss or damage occurring when sending your returned order.
Upon receipt of your order and verification of its condition, the amount will be fully refunded by the same payment method.
