Production time
Since your piece has a personalized design that requires manual manufacture, we ask that you allow a period of 5 working days for your order to be shipped from our premises.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email. If you haven't received it or if you have any other problem, please contact us at support@jumpiecollective.com and we will help you as soon as possible.
